What to expect during your wedding venue viewing

So, you’ve got engaged?! Let us start by wishing you the biggest congratulations! We can imagine that you are so excited to start your wedding planning journey and what better place to start than finding your perfect venue?

We may be biased, but we feel you’ve made a pretty good decision in deciding to come and view our beautiful venue and there really is nothing better than coming to see your potential wedding venue in person.

We know life can be super busy, so we try to keep things straightforward here at Frensham Hall. If you haven’t done already, you can download a copy of our Wedding Brochure on our website and also our Prices for 2023 & 2024. To arrange a private viewing, just give Kerry (our lovely Wedding's Manager) a call or email who will be delighted to arrange an appointment for you.

What next…?

Now you are booked in to see us, let’s take you through the next steps! Pull up into the car park in the courtyard where you will find our reception. We can’t wait to meet you so head on in to meet our team! One of our experienced team members will take you on a private tour around our Wedding Venue where we will explain all about how your day will flow, answer any of your questions and give you some top tips to help you when searching for your perfect venue.

The tour will be approximately 40 minutes; however, we schedule 1 hour to spend with you, so you feel relaxed and have ample time to ask any questions and maybe spend that little bit longer admiring your favourite area of the venue.

Feel free to bring along any friends or family with you, we understand planning a wedding is exciting and it’s nice to have an extra pair of eyes when making the important decision of where your special day will be held. We do recommend where possible, having a child-free tour to allow you to fully take in the venue with no distractions.

The venue won’t be dressed up and will be in its natural, authentic state. This way you can see clearly what is included in the venue hire and avoid being met with any hidden surprises down the line; we also think it will allow your imagination to be free-flowing with all the different ideas of how you can make the venue unique to you! We know that everyone loves a bit of inspiration, so on your viewing, you will be shown lots of photos on an iPad of previous wedding setups.

After your tour

Now that you have had your private tour, we are sure that you will have lots to think about and discuss with each other, family, and friends. To ensure we make everything as stress-free as possible, we will give a follow-up call in the coming week to discuss any queries you may have and the next steps if you have found your dream venue and Frensham Hall is where you would love to hold your magical day!
